The photographs feature Mary Anne MacNeill as Rita Joe (1, 2, 4, 5, 10), Richard Gilchrist as Janie Paul (2, 11-13), N C P Whitehouse as father David Joe (3), and actors Julian Ross (1, 10-12), Don Ilich (1, 10-12), Blake Carter (1, 10-12), Allan Hudson (1, 10-12), Bill Dunrand (9), Martin Kava (9), Roger Leeming (4), Kevin Carter (4), and Randy Cheveldave (4). This play was written by George Ryga and directed by John Kirch. Costumes were designed by Maureen Lawson, scenes by Milt Wright, and lighting by Robert Field. Music for the production was composed by Christine Chester and directed by Doug Cameron.
